Trial, Pro and Engineer — How the Plans Work

A team needs a stable machine and a working backup to get its work done. When those tools fail, the whole workflow breaks. That’s why Tayozola’s plans are built to handle the daily needs of teams without extra steps or delays. The path starts with a seven-day Trial, then moves to Pro, then Engineer. Each step is designed to keep the work moving without interruption.

The Seven-Day Trial

The Trial lasts exactly seven days, counted from when the account is created. Before the account is active, it moves through stages: requested, approved, credentials issued, and active. A person checks each stage to ensure everything is ready. During the Trial, customers get a Workspace, Cloud Storage, an Inbox, and Zola. The public page labels it “Free Trial — 7 days,” but no further details are given. If the seven days end, the next sign-in attempt is blocked, and the message says the trial has expired.

Pro and Engineer Tiers

Pro is not available yet. The public page says so, and pricing is still being worked out. Zola, the AI assistant in the dashboard, is available on Pro and Engineer. Beyond that, what separates the tiers is not written down yet, so this article does not claim it. The company starts from what teams rely on daily — a stable machine, a working backup — rather than from a long feature list. Every plan reaches the same support team, whether on Trial or Engineer.

What Admin is not

There is a fourth name in the system, and it is worth saying plainly what it is not. Admin exists internally and is not sold to customers — it is not a tier above Engineer, and there is no path onto it. If you see it referred to anywhere, it is the company's own account type rather than something to upgrade to.

What Happens After the Trial Ends

When the seven days are up, customers are offered two routes: go to the upgrade page, or ask for more time. Asking for more time raises a request that a person reviews. An admin approves or denies it, and the answer depends on the situation rather than a rule applied automatically. Because the same few people handle a given account, decisions are made with the team’s needs in mind. Sign-in is by emailed link, so there is no password to issue or reset when a plan changes.
