How Account Creation Works
A walkthrough of what happens after you sign up — from your confirmation email all the way to receiving your TZC ID and credentials.
Access to Tayozola Network is by application. We review every request personally, which means the process takes a little longer than a typical self-serve signup — but it also means you get set up properly, with someone on our end making sure everything is ready before you log in for the first time.
Here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Step 1 — Apply
Head to tayozola.net and click "Create account." You'll fill out a short form with your name, email, and a password. That's it. No payment information is required at this stage.
Once you submit, your application enters our review queue and you'll receive an email confirming we received it.
Step 2 — Review
Our team reviews every application manually. We're looking at who you are, what you're likely to use the platform for, and whether we're in a position to support you well. This typically takes 2–3 business days.
We review every application personally. It's slower than automation, but it means every member gets a proper setup — not just a key to an empty room.
Step 3 — Approval email
If your application is approved, you'll receive an email letting you know. At this point your workspace is being configured — VMs provisioned, storage allocated, credentials prepared. This usually happens within another 2–3 business days.
Step 4 — Credentials
Once your workspace is ready, you'll receive two emails in quick succession. The first tells you your credentials are on the way. The second contains a secure link to view them — your TZC ID, your @tayozola.net email address, and your account password.
The reveal link requires your original signup password to access. Keep that safe.
Step 5 — Sign in
With your credentials in hand, head to the sign-in page at tayozola.net. Enter your @tayozola.net email, your TZC ID, and your password. We'll send a confirmation email to your @tayozola.net address — click it, and you're in.
From there you'll land on your dashboard, where your VMs, tools, and network resources are waiting.
A note on security
Every sign-in requires email confirmation. This is intentional — it means even if someone gets your password, they can't access your account without also having access to your @tayozola.net inbox. We think that's the right trade-off.
If you have questions at any point in the process, reach out to contact@tayozola.net. We respond to every message.
